Using 60 microprocessor-controlled injection moulding machines with clamping pressures of up to 3,500 kN, we are fully capable of processing practically any thermoplastic and manufacturing parts weighing from 0.2 g to 1,200 g. We also utilise 2-component injection moulding machines. In addition, we have extensive experience in the moulding of high-temperature and chemical-resistant plastics such as PEEK and PFA. Programmable handling devices remove the injected parts from the moulds carefully and inexpensively.
We also produce plastic consumables in our
EN ISO 14644-1: ISO Class 8 Clean Rooms.
Top-precision moulds, made in our own engineering workshop, are essential for perfect and efficient injection moulding.
